Wondering about 2 weeks pregnant symptoms? At this stage, pregnancy is usually not confirmed yet because pregnancy is commonly dated from the first day of your last menstrual period. Ovulation may occur around this time, depending on your menstrual cycle. You may notice changes such as increased cervical mucus or mild ovulation discomfort, but these signs do not confirm pregnancy. Many women have no noticeable symptoms at all. If you are trying to conceive, tracking your cycle and taking a pregnancy test around the time of your missed period can help you understand your next steps.
