Flat-to-pitch conversion on a local authority property using Metrotile Bond. The low minimum pitch of 10 degrees gave us the flexibility to achieve the necessary fall without changing the roofline dramatically. Building control were satisfied with the fire performance certification. The speed of installation reduced the disruption period for residents. Metrotile seems well-suited to this type of refurbishment work — the technical team were helpful in advising on the conversion specification.
