Malegra Professional is a medicine marketed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It contains sildenafil citrate, which belongs to a group of medicines known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Erectile dysfunction is a condition in which a man has difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection sufficient for sexual activity. Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis when sexual stimulation occurs. It does not automatically produce an erection and does not increase sexual desire. Sexual arousal is necessary for the medicine to work effectively.
