Manforce 100 mg contains sildenafil 100 mg, a PDE5 inhibitor manufactured/marketed by Mankind Pharma and prescribed for erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. For ED, sildenafil is generally taken about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. The usual starting dose is 50 mg; 100 mg is the maximum recommended dose for most adults, and it should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. A high-fat meal can delay its effect.
