Poxet 60 mg is a medicine commonly marketed for treating premature ejaculation (PE) in men. It generally contains dapoxetine 60 mg, a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that may help delay ejaculation during sexual activity. Poxet 60 mg may help men manage premature ejaculation, but it can cause more side effects than the 30 mg dose. Use it under medical supervision, and never increase the dose without your doctor's advice.
