Recipe: Grapefruit Z
Before its culture expanded to the American mainland, the grapefruit was well established as a fruit for domestic consumption in the Caribbean islands, where it originated in Barbados.
Zurena, 2 oz.
2 ounces of sparkling grapefruit water
Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, 1 ounce
Grapefruit bitters in two dashes
12 grapefruit slice
In-season rosemary
Instructions
In a shaker with ice, combine Zurena and grapefruit juice. After straining the mixture, garnish with grilled grapefruit segments. Rosemary sprint is used as a garnish after adding sparkling water.
