Luxury residential development in the western part of Gurugram is expanding beyond conventional apartments, with larger plots, private residences and low-density communities gaining attention. Signature Global Farmhouse is an upcoming ultra-luxury farmhouse villa development planned across approximately 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar. According to recent company announcements reported by leading publications, the project has an estimated developable potential of around 6.77 million sq. ft. and a projected gross development value of approximately ₹5,500–6,000 crore. The development also marks Signature Global’s entry into the ultra-luxury farmhouse villa segment. The project is being planned around the concept of spacious private living rather than high-density residential towers. The proposed development is expected to have a low-density layout with expansive open areas, landscaped surroundings and greater privacy between residences.
