Understanding how to recognize inappropriate behaviour, respond to incidents, and report concerns is an essential part of maintaining a respectful and safe work environment. Fast Rescue provides workplace safety training that helps participants understand the different forms of workplace violence, harassment, and bullying, along with appropriate prevention and response practices. The training can cover recognizing warning signs, understanding workplace responsibilities, responding appropriately to incidents, and knowing available reporting procedures.
